Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to the information you share when you join the Mero public waitlist or send us a message. We’ve tried to write it in plain language, not legal boilerplate.
Effective July 27, 2026
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we ask for:
- Your first name and email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to share it (optional)
- A general sense of your children’s ages, or how many you have
- What feels like the biggest mental-load overwhelm for you right now
- What would help you most, and whether you’d want early access
- How you heard about Mero, if you tell us (optional)
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, the reason you selected, and the message you write.
We deliberately do not ask for your children’s names, any medical details, custody records, or your home address — and we ask that you not include them in free-text answers either.
Why we collect it
We use waitlist information to let you know when early access opens, to understand what to build first, and to reach out about Mero. We use contact-form information to answer you. We do not use either for anything else.
Consent
We only contact you about Mero if you check the consent box on the waitlist form. Submitting the form without checking that box won’t add you to the list.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason. We may use a small number of service providers — for example, secure hosting or a database provider — strictly to operate the waitlist and the contact form. Never marketing companies, and never data brokers.
How we protect it
We take reasonable, documented security precautions: encrypted connections, access controls limited to the people who need them, and input validation on our forms. No system is unhackable, and we won’t claim otherwise. If that ever changes in a way that affects you, we will let you know.
Unsubscribe or opt out
You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time. Contact us using the form on our Contact page, choose “Privacy request,” and tell us the email address you signed up with. We’ll remove your information promptly.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update this page and adjust the effective date above.
